Application Form and Personal Information Collection Statement

For Junior Posts (only applicable to posts with Job No. with prefix "B")

Application documents (i.e. completed forms and copies of qualification documents) should be forwarded to the Human Resources Office, The Atrium, G/F, Lady Shaw Building, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shatin, New Territories before the closing date for applications.

For other posts, the University accepts and considers applications submitted online via the CUHK career site. For more information and to apply online, please visit http://career.cuhk.edu.hk.

1. MS Word format
   Click the Word link and the form will be saved in a file with .doc extension; open it in Chinese Microsoft Word 6.0 (or above version).
2. PDF format
   Click the PDF link and the form can be retrieved and printed for use. The required PDF Reader can be obtained from ADOBE. The saved file can also be opened in English Microsoft Word 6.0 (or above version). The Chinese characters on the form will be converted into symbols.

1. Application papers submitted by job applicants are used for recruitment and other employment-related purposes by the University. It may be accessible to offices, committees or persons who will process recruitment and employment-related matters. Should similar vacancies in the University arise, your application may also be forwarded to relevant departments or units for consideration.
2. Provision of full and complete information in support of your application is necessary for selection purposes. Failure to provide any of these data may affect the processing and outcome of your application.
3. The unsuccessful applicants’ application papers and other personal data will be destroyed not later than one year after the recruitment process is completed.
4. Job applicants who wish to have access or to make corrections to any information they have provided to the University can write to the Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Office, The Chinese University of Hong Kong and quote the reference number of their application.
